By using TurfShift, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Free trial

New accounts get a 30-day free trial. We require a credit card upfront, but we don't charge until day 31. You can cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing.

Subscription & billing

$99 / month or $999 / year, charged automatically to the card on file.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancel anytime from the Billing page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period — you keep access until then.
After cancellation, your account stays in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export data, then is permanently deleted.
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for anything illegal.
Resell or sublicense access to other businesses.
Send spam, phishing, or other unwanted email through the service.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Your data

You own the data you put into TurfShift. We use it only to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100%. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, or unforeseen issues may briefly interrupt service. We're not liable for consequential damages from downtime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and in the app with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
