By using TurfShift, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts get a 30-day free trial. We require a credit card upfront, but we don't charge until day 31. You can cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
You own the data you put into TurfShift. We use it only to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100%. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, or unforeseen issues may briefly interrupt service. We're not liable for consequential damages from downtime.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and in the app with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
