TurfShift ("we", "us", "our") provides field-service management software. This policy
describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone, business name when you sign up.
- Customer & business data you enter — your customers, properties, quotes, invoices, jobs, photos, payments. We store this so the software works.
- Payment information — handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We store a Stripe customer ID and the last four digits.
- Usage data — basic logs (IP, browser, pages visited) to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To run the service and provide features you signed up for.
- To bill you for the subscription via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts, product notices).
- To respond when you contact support.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with vendors who help us run the service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Microsoft Azure — hosting
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security
- Mailgun — transactional email delivery
Your customers' data
Data you enter about your customers (the people you do work for) belongs to you,
not us. You control it. If your customers contact us directly about their data, we'll
redirect them to you.
Data retention & deletion
You can export your data at any time from the app. If you cancel your account, your data
stays in read-only mode for 30 days, then is permanently deleted. Backups are retained for
90 days after deletion, then purged.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by logging into the app
or by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
